Who We Are

First Church, is located in Rockland County just across the Tappan Zee Bridge, in Nyack, New York. We are a multi-generational Christian church and have been serving the Lord by initiating youth ministries and other church activities, in different communities, since 1995. As a religious organization, it is our duty to make disciples by opening their eyes to the wonders of His love.

Our church is united in bringing back people's hope and faith in God. We want people to participate in our ministries to let them experience how the power of the Lord can change them. Our goal is to enlighten the lives of those who are in the dark through Christ.  We are committed to making individuals understand what spiritual renewal is all about.

IMAGINE...Worshipping without judgment, surrounded by people who are committed to your growth and well being, who will pray for you, encourage you, and equip you with the tools you need to know and become who God created you to be. IMAGINE...Walking into a room where life is best experienced together. IMAGINE...A place where the focus is on sharing the amazing love of God, that is radically transforming lives and our community. First Church of Nyack is that place.

Purpose

Our purpose is to provide the environment for all to worship without judgment of their past and present, while supporting you as you develop into who God created you to be. We strive to produce committed disciples of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and hope that through your worship experience you will be encouraged and inspired to bring others.
